1. How do I buy your art?
As a Feature Artist on Bluethumb I have linked my sales through the Bluethumb website. Just click on the link at the bottom of each page and you will be taken directly to my gallery. There you can purchase any of the artworks I have showcased for sale. This allows you the buyer to purchase with the full confidence and security that buying through Australia's leading Online Gallery provides. Don't forget to read their buying Terms and Conditions before making a purchase.
You can also buy my art face to face at the Perth Artupmarket held annually at the UWA Winthrop Hall. I showcase my framed and ready to hang artworks at this exciting event. You can purchase using card/cash and it is always so lovely to have a chat and meet you in person.
2. How can I pay for your art?
Payment is again through the Bluethumb website where you can pay securely with all major credit cards and even use Afterpay!
3. Do you take Commissions?
Yes I love taking Commissions where I get to create something special with you to work perfectly within your chosen home or office environment. There is four stage design/payment process with any commission. This means you are kept in the loop with the design process at every stage and pay for each stage when you are happy with the results. You can email me directly through the websites 'Contact Us' page or at missdaymonddesigns@gmail.com
4. Can I Change My Mind?
The beauty of buying my art through Bluethumb is that they give you 7 days grace with the artwork to live with it and hopefully love it. If for whatever reason you don't then they have a return service within that 7 day window. There are no returns after that 7 day period and there are no returns on Commissions.
5. How will you deliver the artwork I live in another state?
No problem wherever you live ... all artworks are packaged very carefully and securely into custom made boxes and sent via AusPost.
6. Does your work fade over time?
All my works are drawn with permanent or archival inks on archival paper or watercolour paper to ensure they are fade resistant and long lasting. It is recommended that you don't hang any artwork in direct sunlight as that will always damage any artwork.
7. How do I know the work is really yours?
All my works have a secret signature hidden amongst the inky details and the year it was created. To compliment that there will also be a Certificate of Authenticity sent to you which has all the relevant information on the artwork and is signed and numbered by me the artist.
8. Do you offer Limited Edition Prints?
Yes I currently have four of the most faved designs on offer as Giclee Prints in a Limited Edition Print run of 250. These come with a Certificate of Authenticity which is signed and numbered. These Giclee Prints are of museum quality and are true to the original in their colour and intensity of pigment. They are also printed on beautiful thick archival German Etching Paper.
9. Can I visit your studio?
Unfortunately at this time my studio is not set up to take visits. It is definitely something I will be developing into the future so stay tuned on that one. You can always see my works in progress and behind the scenes photos on my Instagram Page @missdaymonddesigns.
10. Are your drawings framed and ready to hang?
Yes all my drawings are sold framed for three great reasons...
1. It protects the drawing while it is in transit from studio to exhibition and then to its new home.
2. It means you can buy it and hang it in your home to appreciate immediately.
3. If you do want to have it reframed then this gives you the chance to live with it and love it. Then you can decide which direction you want to take when you go down the framing path.
Look forward to sharing my world of art with you soon!
Regards
Tania
