FAQ For ART Buying
1. How do I buy your art?
1. You can now buy Tania's Australian Flora art through her new online shop. Just click on the heading 'Shop Original Artwork,' and you will be taken to the secure online shop where you can safely make payments via Mastercard, Visa, or Paypal.
2. As a Feature Artist on Bluethumb, Tania has also linked art sales through the Bluethumb website. Click on the link at the bottom of each page to visit Tania's gallery directly. Here, you can purchase any of the artworks showcased for sale, giving you the confidence and security that comes with buying through Australia's leading online gallery. Be sure to read their buying Terms and Conditions before making a purchase.
3. You can also buy Tania's art and meet the artist face-to-face at the Perth Artupmarket held annually at UWA Winthrop Hall. This exciting event showcases framed and ready-to-hang artworks, and Tania loves meeting and chatting with you on this great day.
2. How can I pay for your art?
Payment is made securely through the online shop using Visa, Mastercard, or Paypal. If you purchase through Bluethumb, you can pay securely with all major credit cards and even use Afterpay!
3. Do you take Commissions?
Yes! Tania loves creating custom pieces where she collaborates with you to design something special that fits perfectly within your home or office environment. There is a four-stage design/payment process for any commission, ensuring you are kept in the loop and can pay for each stage when you are happy with the results. 4. Can I Change My Mind?
The beauty of buying Tania's art through the Bluethumb link is that you get 7 days to live with the artwork and hopefully love it. If for any reason you don't, both Tania and Bluethumb offer a return service within that 7-day window. Please note that there are no returns after this period and no returns on commissions.
5. How will you deliver the artwork if I live in another state?
No problem! Wherever you live, all artworks are packaged carefully and securely in custom-made boxes and sent via AusPost.
6. Does your work fade over time?
All artworks are created using permanent or archival inks on archival or watercolor paper to ensure they are fade-resistant and long-lasting. It is recommended that you avoid hanging any artwork in direct sunlight, as that can damage it.
7. How do I know the work is really yours?
All artworks feature a secret signature hidden among the inky details, along with the year it was created. Additionally, a Certificate of Authenticity will be sent to you, containing all relevant information about the artwork, signed and numbered by the artist.
8. Do you offer Limited Edition Prints?
Yes, Tania currently offers four of her most popular designs as Giclee Prints in a Limited Edition run of 250. Each comes with a signed and numbered Certificate of Authenticity. These Giclee Prints are of museum quality and maintain true color and pigment intensity, printed on beautiful thick archival German Etching Paper.
9. Can I visit your studio?
Unfortunately, Tania's studio is not set up for visits at this time. However, it’s something she plans to develop in the future, so stay tuned! You can always see her works in progress and behind-the-scenes photos on her Instagram page @missdaymonddesigns.
10. Refund Policy?
Unfortunately, there is no refund for change of mind, so please choose carefully when buying art or booking an ink drawing workshop. If a refund is required for a workshop, please contact me directly at the email below to discuss options. Rescheduling to another date is often the easiest solution. If a refund is offered, please be aware it will be minus a 5% admin fee to cover non-refundable charges deducted from PayPal or your credit card at the time of payment.
